Role and Responsibilities

Employees are part of a team of installers whose responsibilities include unloading tractor-trailers, staging and unwrapping furniture and building the furniture as required.

Candidates that have experience in any of the following products are encouraged to apply:

• Cubicles

• Filing Systems

• Case Goods (Desks, Credenzas, Hutches)

• School Equipment

• Library Shelving

• Floor-to-ceiling Systems

• Tables, Chairs, and Office Decor

• Hospitality Furniture and Decor

Strongly Encouraged Skills

We work in many different types of furniture and occasionally in other types of work. Major furniture we install include Steelcase, HON, Kimball Office, Knoll, Haworth, Allsteel, AIS, and many more. If you have any experience with these or any other types of furniture, please let us know.​

Strengths in a Candidate
Furniture experience is not the only way to earn a spot on a R&H crew. Mechanical and construction experience of any type are also strong indicators of ability. Here are some other traits we look for in a candidate:

• Hand tool experience

• Moving experience

• Power tool experience

• Warehousing

• Truck driving experience (up to 26ft box truck)

• Customer service
